How I Used AI Prompts to Plan a Product Launch in One Day
A step-by-step walkthrough of using 4 prompts to go from idea to launch timeline in under 8 hours.
Last month I had to plan a product launch in a day. Normally that takes a week. I used our launch planning prompt pack and broke it into 4 stages: audience definition, messaging, channel strategy, and timeline.
First, I prompted for a detailed customer persona based on my product's features. Then I asked for 5 positioning angles. I picked the strongest one and prompted for email and social copy. Finally, I generated a day-by-day launch timeline with tasks for each channel.
By 5 PM I had a full launch plan. The actual launch hit 120% of our revenue target. The prompts didn't do the work for me, but they removed all the blank-page friction.
